Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Tapping for Peace

The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as tapping or psychological acupressure, is a method used to address physical pain and emotional distress. During EFT sessions, individuals state their problems and affirmations aloud while gently tapping on specific meridian points on the body. This practice allows practitioners to focus on specific emotions and triggers, facilitating a sense of calm and relaxation. In this class, participants will learn how to tap for themselves and guide others in the process. The class is instructed by a Certified EFT/TFT Practitioner.
