I met Kelly on line when I joined her Facebook Page called Modern Mystics (it’s since been disbanded). I loved her energy and authenticity and her ability to swear 🙂 It was the first Facebook group that I actually became active in and I have met many wonderful people in that group (thanks Kelly).
SG: Describe your business. How did you get started?
I started when I was 9 or 10 years old telling fortunes and doing readings. I was not allowed to have the Tarot. When I grew up, I did the right thing and took over the family business but I didn’t have any passions or goals. All I knew is I wanted to help people.
I earned my business degree and in 2011, quit my traditional job and went to work at a coffee shop. I had no idea what to do. I felt like I had no skills.
I went from job to job. I decided to go back to church because I needed to connect to the divine. This got me to a good place.
In 2014, I started my blog on the universe and manifesting. I took a lot of courses, $20,000 worth! I was terrified to put myself out there. I have a personality that is not “soft”. I became pissed off at the coaching industry because of the BS.
I’m still changing my business.
SG: When was the first time you realized you were different spiritually?
I knew before the age of 14, before I started practicing Wicca. I felt like the creepy kid, the one drawn to ghosts and spirits. I have a vivid imagination. I tried to fit in with the other kids in grade school, but could not.
SG: When was the first time you decided to find out what your gifts were and how to use them?
In 2014, I took a psychic awakening course. I started paying attention to details when it came to manifesting. The Universe is responding to us all the time.
For example, one day I was stopped at a crosswalk and looked at the woman next to her and admired her Coach bag. The next day I was at a client’s house and she offered her a Coach bag that she no longer wanted!
SG: If you could give advice to your younger self/child about your gifts, what would you say?
Trust your gifts.
SG: What advice would you give to someone who just realized their spiritual gifts?
Pay attention to everything around you. If you are afraid, research it and connect with people who experience it.
SG: What part of your gift is your favorite and why? What is your least favorite and why?
My favorite is manifestation. Often I can think of someone and they will contact me. The downside is knowing when people are not being truthful.
SG: What is the funniest thing that happened to you re: your gifts?
My dog was getting groomed and ended up ripping her toenail. I did energy work on him. After a few days, I took him to a vet. The vet couldn’t see where the toe was damaged! My dog was healed!
SG: Why do you think the Creator gave us these gifts? And what are we supposed to use them for?
The world is a playground. These gifts make life easier and fun. We’re here to help each other and create a new heaven on earth. This is supposed to be the garden of Eden, it shouldn’t be so hard. It’s important to create little pieces of heaven around you.
SG: Why are we here?
To learn, grown, play and have fun.
SG: What do you wish that people knew/understood the most about you?
All the hard work that I have put into myself made me into the person I am today. It’s hard to put into words what I experienced. I want to help people learn how powerful they are.
SG: What do you wish the world would know/understand?
How powerful your thoughts and feelings are and how they are creating your world.
SG: What do you envision the world will be like in the future?
Peacefulness. I don’t understand racism or homophobia. We are all one and connected. Help each other and love each other.
