Empaths are people who are sensitive and tend to feel and absorb other people’s feelings. Being an empath is a gift but it doesn’t always feel this way. If you are an empath and you are struggling, you need some knowledge and tools on how to live as an empath in today’s world. This class will teach you:
*what an empath is and how to tell if you are one
*sensing energy and working with energy fields
*what is an energy vampire and how to detect one
*how to tell if someone is being dishonest
The class will also cover tools for empaths, like:
*Meditation and mindfulness
*Energetic shielding and protection practices and
*Grounding techniques.
There will be lots of time in class to practice these different techniques together.
This class has been a long time coming. MANY of my students have asked to learn these techniques. Although I cover some of this in my Reiki level 1 class, this is really where we can dive deep. Even if you are a seasoned energy healer, you can learn some effective techniques in this class!

Shamanic journeying is a technique that shamans use to access hidden dimensions of reality and connect with inner sources of power and wisdom. The shamanic journey is used to connect with inner levels of reality, awareness and experience to find our spirit helpers and teachers.
Have you ever wondered what your power animals were? Power animals are our animal spirit guides, the ones that protect us and guide us to be the best we can be.
In this workshop, you will learn to perform a shamanic journey to find and discover who your power animals are. Once you identify your power animals, you are free to perform unlimited journeys to the spirit world to gain answers to your questions for yourself and others because you will always have your animal guides to accompany you.
Prerequisite: You need some experience with meditation and clairvoyance (the ability to see spirit in meditation). Otherwise, this class will be very challenging for you.
